   Canadian Goose:
September 27 through February 14th

Includes Canada geese, Brant and all other geese except white-fronted and light geese.

The daily and possession limits include Canada geese, Brant and all other goose species except light geese and white-fronted geese, which have their own bag limits.

DAILY LIMIT.  3 Canada geese (or any goose species other than light geese and white-fronted geese).

POSSESSION LIMIT. Twice the daily bag

SHOOTING HOURS -- One-half hour before sunrise to sunset.

$150.00 ea./per day - transportation to and from the field, guide, and decoys.

Fly or drive into Pierre and we will take care of the rest! Comfortable lodging at the Ramkota Hotel of Pierre.

Waterfowl Hunting

12 gauge or 10 gauge.

Steel & lead shells are available in Pierre.

Warm layered clothing is recommended. Weather can vary greatly at this time of year, ranging from 20 to 70 degrees. Comfortable walking boots for pheasants.
